GGPoker dissconnecting/loading site problem

I've been playing fine for over a year and this issue has appeard like 2-3 months ago.If someone has had similar problem share some advice if you fixed it and how?
I tried probably if not all ( most) of the troubleshooting solutions there are to do, it still hasn't been fixed.
The site constanstatly disconnects/recoonects every 2-5 minutes ( with tables ) GGpoker has been running fine for over a year previously, i don't know what happend for this issue to keep reoccuring.

Have been having issues with freezing mid game, it usually happens several times a game.
Have been hoping for a fix but only play a few times a week so have not contacted support to address the situation.

Have you tried to uninstall the poker client from your computer, clear the cache of your browser and then download the client again? If any kind of software gets unstable, thats often the first thing, you should try. Alternatively the problem could be your internet provider.

As with fundiver 199 above...I will uninstall and reinstall as a first attempt to resolve any issues (and at times I have needed to do so repeatedly as even the download did not take).

I have played at GG Poker for about a year now and went through a lengthy period where just connecting took repeated attempts. However once connected, no issues whatsoever. Now, even that is less of an issue than ever.

I am not tech savvy but know some have complained GG Pokers graphics can make demands of your computer, so am just curious as to whether you are playing at multiple platforms simultaneously and the GG feed is subsequently suffering?

That said, I have found GG's 'help desk' particularly helpful so I would not hesitate to contact them and see if they can offer any advice to ensure improvements.
