Yes as it seems everyone. Servers are online but login always fails. Hope it's not some hacking attack

on facebook many are comlaining about that but so far no answer from GG anywhere on social media

I have this problem too, this afternoon I saw that I had an update to do.
After I did the update, it simply does not log in anymore, it runs for a long time and nothing happens.
The big problem with GG is that there are always updates to be made, and always after the update there is some kind of problem, in addition to taking a long time to update.
It's the most convoluted and time-consuming poker room in terms of updating.

I faced the same problems but then managed to resolve them.

Could not log in (many efforts) so then uninstalled and re-installed. Still could not log in.

Switched computer off then on again and still could not log in...but...this time got a message 'oops, something went wrong try again'. Did so and then was able to log in straightaway.

Note, these glitches do tend to appear after upgrades but an uninstall and re-install often clears the matter up quickly.

Further, you can tell the site remains active prior to checking the log in box, as you can see how many players are on site (top left corner, menu page) and you then know you are facing a personal snag - hopefully one which will resolve quickly.

You're not quite up to date. GGPoker adressed the problem on reddit

Not up to date about what exactly?

I faced a log-in issue, as others, then eventually it was resolved. What has Reddit got to do with the problem, other than offering an explanation/apology?

I played at GG Poker until yesterday when I was asked to tell them where the money I play with came from and to send them
copies of my last 3 bank statements so they could see my money going into my bank account? I told them to get lost and closed my account.

I would never give copies of my bank statements to any gaming site, they said it was new regulations, well if this is right and I get
asked for the same thing by my other sites I will stop playing rather than comply.

It crashed 10 minutes ago, while I played on 2 tournaments.

"This tournament has been paused by operator"

And

"The money will be refunded according to policy"

Right before the final table on 1 tournament.

There was no refunds yet.

There is worse luck to have though, trust me…
