This had nothing to do directly with Acr but rather with ur connection.

Im using their App frequently from different connections and it never lags and only rarely disconnects.

Its not always someone else at fault like u think but their App is extremely bad overall on this we can agree.

I can't install ACR on my smartphone any more. There is always some bar code, but if i go ahead install proces newer go until the end. So i gived up and I don't try any more.

A new update for the ACR mobile app was recently released; this might solve your problem. Alternatively, you may need to change your phone's DNS server settings to gain access.
