Sure, if you win, they'll cash you out. But after your first cashout, be prepared for the worst beats of your life. They 100% have house players. Or super players. the ridiculousness that has happened to me the past 3 days is unreal. I will post some of the scenarios tomorrow morning. I understand variance, quite well, but not like this. So fuuu outta here with the great debate about poker being rigged. this is worse than paradise poker.

I recently (several weeks ago) had an issue where I lost connection while playing on an Ignition zone NL table. When I logged back I was no longer at a table, but my table stake did not show back up on my balance. I e-mailed support and got a form letter of sorts back saying it would be looked in to. I heard nothing for about three weeks, sent maybe one note a week with no response, then yesterday it showed back up in my account...so I guess they did OK by me for what it's worth.
I am not going to say that it is rigged, but after an insane amount of ridiculous bad beats, i have taken a break from them, at least for a while. The biggest question i have about the american facing sites, is that if they aren't regulated, who makes sure they have an adequate card randomizer, or even one at all? I am playing mainly on ACR again (but i question them a bit too, mainly i just always run into some sort of a hassle cashing out) and enjoying their rakeback program. <but i do still try to play the $2500 freeroll on ignition each week!>
Hesitant to try them
I've seen mostly negative reviews for them despite the site being one of the "top" poker sites available for US players. It's so disappointing that we're struggling to have safe sites to play on these days and crossing this one off the list doesn't help.

Ignition is one of my favorite sites for low stakes tourneys and sitngos and I'm not sure why anyone who thinks online poker is rigged is playing online poker. Bad beats may seem to occur disproportionately online but this is just because you are playing more hands per hour online, so bad beats will occur more frequently than live in the same amount of time played. In regards to having issues with their support I am surprised to hear that. They have always been very quick to respond to me and very helpful over the phone solving any account issues I've faced.
I don't play on ignition a whole lot but I still do from time to time. I do like their weekly freeroll. Last 3-4 weeks in a row the field has been 1500+ and I've made the money each 3-4 weeks in a row. Best finish was in top 50 I think. Only a few bucks but hey... Top 3-4 in the Freeroll are $100-$200. I also like their Zoom games. I've cashed out via bitcoin a couple times with no problems and I had one service issue that I emailed them about that was answered and resolved within a day or two.

Barely a fraction of the possible poker hands dealt from a 52 card deck are possible, so you will eventually see repeats. That said, think about the economics of what you are doing when you leave cash deposits at an unregulated offshore website. You might as well deposit your money in some third world bank with the promise of 40% interest. How could you be surprised when you learn your money is not secure or the bank has timing constraints for withdrawals? Could you be more naive?

I have to completely echo this. I had multiple situations with connection problems where I had big hands folded for me during cash games. However, their tournament selection is top notch. Personally, I would stick with tournaments on ignition just because they seem to do that better than cash games. But I could just have anecdotal experience between cash and tournaments.Debi said:

For anyone doubting whether or not ignition interferes with the integrity of the game by manipulating cards and specific games, I'm here to tell you that you are des wrong. Ignition 100% beyond a shadow of a doubt is tampering and if you play there enough, its blatantly obvious. They definitely are not using a true RNG. If they are them they are defying math and the odds thousands of times a day. What ever analytic that they have feeding you cards is HORRIBLE! Like many have pointed out, why did they let their licensing go? Ignition had the licenses when it was acquired from Bovada / Bodog. So why acquire a poker site and its software and then not renew the licensing that, although isnt required?, it gives a lot of credibility and peace of mind for users. So it's not like they had to go get one and start from scratch, rather they for some reason didnt want anyone looking over there shoulders. I dont think ignition is alone in this and I kinda think all the sites do it to one degree or another. Ive heard the question asked how is it then that people win on Ignition if its compromised? First, no one can dictate who makes what calls or what hands you playn so there is definitely a varience. Additionally, like a casino, the house is just trying to turn a small advantage to the side of the house. So if they are just giving themselves a 10% advantage then that wouldnt shake things too much? If at all. One question I've always wondered... poker is HUGE. I'm sure it is more popular black Jack, roulette, baccarat etc. But theres never a live dealer poker offered. I wish it was a available. But to mr the fact that no cardrooms offering and it makes mr feel like if it was live dealer then there couldnt be any funny business with the cards.

The argument that a company or person who operates an online gambling house in a non regulated area of the world to avoid problems would never be greedy enough to cheat has got to be the worst argument ever.
My argument as to why things can be rigged, note the word "can", is because nothing is stopping them from doing it and it has been done before. Ive never met a gambler or a casino say "ok we have enough money now". They regulate themselves. Its like cops investigating another cop lol............but they are always honest right because they got so much to lose.
My mantra is do not play with money you cant afford to have stolen and play only for fun. You have no control over what happens online and they absolutely do have control over it.
Any online site accepting players from the USA (expect the legal states) cannot be trusted. Common sense - just the fact that they would do business in this grey area is all you really need to know. If they are willing to take that risk, what else might they be willing to risk?

Now let's discuss the real problems with Ignition. I played there for months on a Linux system with the Vivaldi browser, as Ignition only worked with Chrome and Chrome-based browsers. Back in November, that option went away. So I loaded Windows-7 on my spare rig and used that to play Ignition's client. Since then, their client software has gone from playable, to bad, to worse, to unusable. A few days ago, I cashed out everything after getting the welcome screen, then nothing but a black page. I tried loading another copy from Ignition (their auto updater never worked right) and still no joy.
Stay away from Ignition due to the hideous software. Ignition needs a new IT dept.
I have absolutely no connection with Ignition. None of this is true. I cashed out half my winnings via Bitcoin to sign up for a Seals With Clubs account (also cashed out when the value of my Bitcoins exceeded my winnings) and that never happened: no unusual frequency of bad beats. Why I dislike Ignition
My beef with Ignition is subliminal.
It truly feels like the 'normal' nlhe games are EXCRUCIATINGLY slow -
I put a digital egg timer on my Ignition timer and it took 33 seconds to count down 30 seconds. Now I don't know if a person can instinctively feel 3 more seconds out of 30, but then a person also gets an additional 60 seconds of time bank, and players go into that time bank often. Every turn on the regular cash games - it feels like I'm getting in about 1 hand every 4-5 minutes when the hand is multi-way and it goes to the river.
So here is my conspiracy (feel free to poke fun) :laugh:
I believe Ignition is making the player timer and time bank last longer than it should - to funnel people into the high rake games, make people want to play Zoom, SnG, and Turbos. This generates X times more rake than the standard nlhe games.
I have not played on there in months. - have they fixed the break times yet?
When I played their last - the break times are linked to when an event starts - NOT standard - like EVERY other client where the break time is directly linked to the actual time - 55 minutes on the hour.
