They didnt put the time of the expiry just kept the day but more sadly as you can see i got 2x11$ ticket but now i cant see anymore the expiry date of the second one ....

@neverbluff0799 I spoke with the team about this and they'll look into a change. In the mean time, I do have a work around. The date you'll see there is the shortest expiry ticket. If you register using the first ticket it will show you the second ticket expiry (you can unregister after).

@KingKolev Different tickets have different expiry times. Usually it would be a certain amount of days from the moment you won the ticket(15/30/45). So if you won a ticket (with a x days expiry) at 3pm, it will expiry at the same time it was received.

Hi Ami,

Was playing a MTT today and the game got paused. Off hand do you know why this would happen?

If that's the case I'll leave mine, otherwise disregard it.
1) I don't like how I have to balance pre-flop bet sizes because there is no pre-flop pre-flop bet size in BB, pre-programmed.
2) When you type the bet amount in the field and press enter, the bet is not made and just entered in the field. There may also be the option to press enter and bet after typing in the field.
3) The software is very heavy, my notebook is very good and I run 4 rooms at the same time without problems, but when I only run WPT it makes a very loud noise and consumes a lot of memory.
4) there is no scaling and automatic multi-screen docking.
5) the supply of micro stakes is not very high, but at this point I understand the issues of demand and robustness of the software to support a wide variety and volume of tournaments.

Hey @puzzlefish This may not be related, but the team is working on an automated system in order to pause tournaments after a few disconnections were identified; this is a lesson learned from some of the issues last week.

For the Casino Freeroll, it works like this; automatically qualify every player who wagers $100 or more on Casino Games during the last week (Monday 00:00 UTC - Sunday 23:59 UTC). Freeroll tickets are credited automatically on Monday by 4 PM UTC.
So if you think/know you already qualified today, you should get your ticket on Monday to play the following weeks free roll.

But in the tournament lobby, it says the qualification period is from Saturday to Friday. So it only makes sense to me, that I should get the ticket for today's tournament, and not next week's.

I wrote Customer Care, since the tournament is just a few hours away. They gave me a ticket since I hadn't received one yet. Just another reason to prefer WPT over any other poker room out there.
