Really good promotions (without having to generate thousands in rake just to get very little in return) and instant cashouts.

Have a room with excellent software and maybe advertise it heavily on TV at first, with some familiar poker pros.
Rake between 5-10%. Keep the rake for the micros at 5%. Have it increase to 10% for Low stakes, 8% for mid, 5% for High & 2% for super hi roller.
Bring back Nose Bleed stakes cash games.
Bring back player chat and observer chat and have some sort of special promos running to help build up activity there.
Have some of the sites 'Pros' run a bankroll challenge, starting from ZERO and building to $10k & invite all players on the site a $100k Prize for 1st (for whoever makes it to 10k first). Repeat a similar contest each year, starting from the beginning of the year.
Create a rewards program that puts some type of accolade on your avatar. Call it maybe 'Star' and 'SuperStar'. Carry those rewards over into the next year for those who were able to qualify for it in the year prior.
Any sponsored pros must actually play on the site. In Sunday tournaments, any pros you happen to KO on your table will be rewarded with a T-shirt sent to your home address.
All players must play with webcam activated. This is for random spot checks by the site's security team, making sure it is really YOU who is playing at your computer.

Possible name suggestions:
No Tilt Poker
Not Rigged Poker

For me it's low rake + fast withdrawals.

I've seen so many rooms with cool designs but then they charge high rake and take 3-4 days to cash out. That kills everything.

My dream room: low rake, rakeback for regulars, no bots, and instant withdrawal. If you do that, players will stay even if the software is simple.

What about you guys, what's most important?

Better rakeback , so as to have one more good reason to play more . Also better promotions and challenges . I liked very much pokerstars 10 years ago before thecgreat changes , that was my ideal poker room back then

In my view, an ideal poker room would offer a wide variety of games, well-distributed according to player skill levels. Often, we see highly advanced players competing against beginners or intermediate players—as is the case on GGPoker. I believe that if the games were segmented by skill level, beginners like me would experience small wins more frequently, which would, in turn, provide greater motivation to improve.

Rigorous and effective elimination of all forms of cheating ( bot farms, multi accounting and other things) , so that I know I'm always playing against another human playing fairly.

A payout option of chips in a MTT when a shove is called with the probabilty of the win, just like GG Pokers in Cash Games.

Could reduce frustration, to avoid bubbling out with so much bad luck like with 99 vs 88 and could give more action in the bubble

Well I could say have a variety of my fave games.... or low rake,

or bring back my fave room Full Tilt Poker... or maybe a fun new room,

but none of that matters to me if they don't let this country play😎👍

I would love to find a poker room with a low rake level - lets say for beginners with a bankroll starting under 100$ it is important to
have a chance to play many hands on a low buy in cash game or small tourneys with 1-3% rake, that would be fine and i dont think that poker rooms make a bad deal with it because many players dont stay long at 1/2 cent cash games or tourneys with buy in under 3$.
Additional i like poker rooms with a nice and cool looking poker table, not too flashy and well balanced in colours and looking.

Two things consistent fairness and comfort.
Player are very forgiving with a lot of circumstances,
but feelings of cheating, disespectful behavior or a physically uncomfortable environment stay in mind.

Would appreciate poker room with daily tournaments & a monthly leaderboard then top 18 players are invited to a monthly freeroll.
