New stars are only available to selected members of the game, and there are no existing stars, but they may appear in the near future.

What truete11er was talking about is a bonus code for deposit. The new starcode is FREESAGMAX. But unfortunately, it's not for everyone, I guess if you didn't get a letter about it, it won't work for you. But you can try. It will give you 2 1$ spin'n'go MAX tickets.
