Party Cases have disappeared?

I'm not seeing Party Cases any longer at Party Poker, anyone else notice this too?
Is this just a UK issue or just a me issue?

Mine just showed up today after being absent from the promo screen for the whole week.

I'm talking to support about it but they are just coming back with gibberish. (having similar problem with Anniversary wheel after depostiing)

I don't see the cases or the wheel.

I'm not going to be depositing on PP again, was very upset with how they were running sats with worthless tickets and it took fighting with support twice to get anything.

The only reason I like PP is their tournament lobbies stack on top of each other well so it makes watching for overlays easy. If their software worked consistently though I probably wouldn't have as many overlays to keep an eye on lol

This started happening for me on evening of 29th May when th 25th anniversany wheel for April finished.
I have been complaining to support about it for over a week now, Keep complaining and they will open the cases for you or give you tickets from the cases.
The Rake $0.01 and get x2 round 1 £0.20 tour tickets offer is also not showing but it is still working as i have been getting my tickets

It appears for me, but I'm playing and not winning any to unlock.

2 weeks now. Have sent 4 emails, they are "investigating" (after a string of deflections).

Still not working, I've emailed every week - getting generic 'we are investigating' replies. I did ask them specifically if they will retrospectively award them but no answer.

I'll give you 3 to 1 odds on "NO" lol

Not because they wouldn't want to, but because I am very confident that their software wouldn't be capable of it. If you have a record of the number of points you got, you should be able to calculate the EV of the rolls you should have gotten and ask for T$ of that value since it was their technological issues that caused it. I'm not sure if someone crunched the numbers on the EV but it might be worth doing if you want to go that far.

That's super frustrating though, I'd recommend making a Reddit post about it to see if others off of CC have had the same issue to see what level of scale it might be.

I don't know what social media PP is active on but it might be worth trying to put pressure that way.
