Not because they wouldn't want to, but because I am very confident that their software wouldn't be capable of it. If you have a record of the number of points you got, you should be able to calculate the EV of the rolls you should have gotten and ask for T$ of that value since it was their technological issues that caused it. I'm not sure if someone crunched the numbers on the EV but it might be worth doing if you want to go that far.
That's super frustrating though, I'd recommend making a Reddit post about it to see if others off of CC have had the same issue to see what level of scale it might be.
I don't know what social media PP is active on but it might be worth trying to put pressure that way.
