had to reload site myself two/three days ago . just wouldnt load , worked fine after new download .

Sick to death of login/connection issues at PARTYPOKER.please check credentials....nothing wring with them so I click against...and again....and again....and again....and again...sometimes 8 or ten times or more before it let's me in.then it won't load reg page,try other tourneys...fine...back to one I like....nothing...nothing ....nothing...finally registered....place child....discon...please check credentials..did con discon again and again and again.honestly without a lie must a spent 3 hrs solid on this rubbish today for bout an hour of play.disgraceful and completely unacceptable and absolute sabotage.

Can you remove the current download in full and reinstall
This should help resolve the current log in issue you are experiencing
Further to this, we also have an update release tomorrow which should help

All - Wednesday, 22nd August, we will have planned downtime from approx 8am - 9am CET (2am -3am ET)

Our services will be unavailable during this period, you will see a change in our schedule to reflect this on Tuesday evening

Following the downtime, all users will be required to update our software

With regards to the cent roll tournaments last year when I won a $22 ticket form a $5 satellite I could play any tournament with this buy in and now the only option with the ticket is to play for a $109 ticket. Why is the reason for this change.?? Its not good Thx for reply.

We now operate two sat trees - online and Live
If you play a Live sat and win a ticket, its valid for the next step in the Live tree and vice versa with online

The centrolls are mostly Live specific and award Live sat tickets
The idea is to improve the ecology and ensure the tickets are used in the relevant tree to keep the games running fluidly

Tickets are added at the end of the promotional period as per the T&Cs

Does the race runs separately for each day or is it just 1 race running for a few days.
So like can I get 2 tickets if I rank in the leader board for 2 days (basically asking whether it does run separately for each day)

I liked the new changes of partypoker layout. I like very much the 4 color deck.
Does it have a way to use a black background of the lobby? Or is there a wat to adapt the poker client to the windows acessibiliy visualization [like use white font at the lobby with black background]?

Hi Colette,
Since the update, when I'm typing in player notes my typing gets interrupted once it falls on my turn to act. What option can I click on to keep this from happening (it's super annoying when you've got a bunch of tables up and you're quickly trying to type in a comment, only to see it's been cut off).

We do not offer support for 3rd party tools - I would suggest you contact the provider directly

another update today...
I download today's update only to discover after doing so, I'm no longer able to open Partypoker??? When I click on the Partypoker icon on my desktop, it comes up on my screen looking like it's about to open as usual but then it abruptly disappears. I've tried numerous times with no success for getting onto the site. I've also tried closing down my computer & trying again but same results (Or Lack of results )

I read on Facebook where it was recommended to uninstall & then re-install partypoker. I want to ask here first before doing this as I have 1,000's of player notes that I've invested A LOT of time into & really don't want to lose them (but if it means not being able to play on the site then obviously I will have to dump them if there's no way around it)

I also wanted to inquire about a ticket I won on Sunday for a $22 Millions ticket. The ticket didn't show up in my account but it did say I'd be automatically reg'd for it. So I browsed through the tournament lobby and then discovered there aren't any $22 Millions tourneys on the schedule (closest one being a $27.50 buyin). I won the ticket via ThePokerPage & saw one of the other winners was granted $22 Tournament Dollars instead so I was actually just in the process of getting onto the Partypoker site to see if I'd be able to do the same when the Update came up & now have not been able to login since (I'm also headed back out onto the road right now, going camping for a few days & wont' be back til' the weekend but was hoping to get it resolved prior.... or to at least inquire about it prior to going)

Hi - regarding the ticket I would need the username to look into it

Reinstallation will not remove noted unless you remove the folder in full - simply removing the software and re downloading will not effect the saved notes

For tech issues following the update, what operating system are you using?
Desktop, mobile, MAC?
If windows, which version please

Also, location and IP would help

After the updates on the new layout and correction of multiple errors, finally everything worked fine. It's much more pleasant to play and simpler. It's still necessary to refine the animation and the kind of chips at the table, and the visibility and contrast of the bets and will be almost perfect. Hopefully the room will not stop at positive changes and will listen to the players in these matters.
