Before all worked. I use Windows 7. After today's update, such a bug. Why?

Edit: I found a error. Full of disk and 0 free memory. I reinstalled and OK.

I joined partypoker made a deposit and send them the documents required to verify my identity. A few days later they froze my account seized all my funds (initial deposit + 20 in winnings) and told me my account is permanently banned and that i won't get my funds back.

After harassing livechat i was told that the documents provided are fake and that the desision they made is final.

What the actual...

I send them a picture of my passport and my registration form. How can they say it's fake and proceed to take all my money. I tried to explain to them that they must have made a mistake and that i can send the documents again or i can verify my identity otherwise. But they don't care. Partypoker stole my money and there is nothing i can do about it.

I am so furious and at a loss for words.

If there is an issue with the documents, and the team have already confirmed, I can not assist I am afraid

Please reach out to the customer service teams - we have specific risk teams in place for such issues - they can help You need to send an email to [email protected] from the email address registered with your account
If the team have already made a final decision the account is blocked, I am afraid that the decision will stand

I seem to have lost all of my player notes after this latest Update

Hello Colette, hope you can help me with this problem, i was playing a 5.50$ tourny phase to 100k tonight that was supposed to stop after 21 levels, i made it there but got taken out in 22nd level, here is the tourny number 285666083. I tried support but there wasn t anything about this kind of question.

Sorry to have bothered you Colette, i have been playing more of them phase tournys lately and saw that it shows the next level number in left corner, but the last level they don t show how much time is remaining in that level. Would it be possible to have that changed to show time remaining in last level?

I just wanted to mention that the latest promotion on Partypoker (with the new Daily Legends tournaments being promoted) is excellent! The tournaments are a great idea and would be nice to see them stay the same on the schedule for awhile.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to play in many as I haven't been playing many tournaments for a month or so, but the two I did play in I managed to win a free ticket in each of them! I won a $22 Predator ticket while in an $11 mtt and then won a $55 ticket too! Great deal! ... & I can't wait to play in more of them!

why is it still not possibe to adjust sound settings? when i play multiple tables i hear all kind of sounds all the time, chips, card shuffle, myturne etc. this makes party poker almost unplayable with multiple tables for me. i only want to hear when its my turn and nothing else. this is a basic feature and on all other poker sites its possible to choose the sounds that you want. please make this available as soon as possibe, this is not just me having something to complain, it really sucks.

I'm not Collette but the rabbit pops up after everyone has folded and if you click it you'll see how the board would have played out. It isn't restricted to the last folding player like in some other sites.

Well not exactly since using the feature to see the board will consume your diamonds, 3 diamonds if the hand ends preflop, 2 if before turn and 1 if before river.

I've been playing the new Daily Legends free-roll.

I am a new member to Party poker and was wondering if this tournament changes routinely throughout the year.

Can Danes still not download hand history? Are we stilll at a disadvantage vs other players? I have seen that there is an export function in non DK clients. I made a deposit today because I thought it had been fixed now after many months. How long can it take? You already have it for other countries!

I believe it was raised previously and was with tech - I am aware sound improvements are on the to do list and hopefully released early next year as other items currently are taking priority

It part of the new gamification features - its a rabbit hunt feature, there are also options to throw items and claim large emojis etc using the diamond currency
FYI - if these are not for you, you can turn off the gamification items under Settings

I can understand that you do not want to allow it on your network for some reason and i am fine with, but please why i can't use it for other rooms while playing on party? You also do not accept PT4 but i can use it for other rooms, isn't it the same?

I am having problems with one game on Party, i usually play 2 or 3 games at once, for the past 4 days, one of my game seems to freeze, i can still play but i can t change screen to BB, can t use the rabbit, can t minimize and can t close the table. I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing the same thing.

yesterday I played a tournament with bounties. I noticed that the bounty is not getting split in a draw even when the pot is, while a third is busted (got all in).
The one who has more chips is getting the whole bounty. I think this is unfair, since the one with more chips is already ahead.

It is not about the money particularly (in this case some Cents), but how about in cases when the bounty is much higher?

Good news!
I wanted to share the update - regarding Jurojin, we can confirm the tool is now compliant with our third-party tools policy and it is fine to be used alongside the partypoker client.Jurojin will be added to the permitted tools list on our Safer Poker page and the change will be reflected there in the next few days.
