Yep, apparently it disappeared. My banana is gone too.
Just resubmitted the same image, but has to be approved again.

Although we can not provide you with a time-frame for a resolution, we know how important it is for you and all other players, to get this issue fixed as soon as possible and are working towards doing so. Once resolved, we expect your currently approved image to show up at the tables.

In the meantime, we kindly ask for your patience and understanding.

Where are avatars?

Since Yesterday afternoon my AVATAR (which is my Picture with sunglasses) at Pokerstars disappeared both from the main lobby and from the tables... But about 2 hours after my PS Avatar had disappeared (in the tables) my FullTilt avatar appeared in the place of PS Avatar... Crazy stuff...

So I have sent a message to the support of PS and few minutes after they replied (like na automatic message) apologizing and informing that they would be working to fix it but until now (24 hours after the problem starts) and I am still without my avatar...

I have tried to replace the image twice but it did not work...

My Stars avatar picture is also gone since the update, i hope they fix it.

They'll never go down hill but I also noticed this Issue as I can't find mine and I can't upload It when I tried but I see others still have theirs on the site

What I find curious is that you can see avis of other people and it's working just fine but can't see your own lol

Same thing happend to me! But i used their pichture and that worked for me!cheers

should claim for compensation, i've been running like sh1t since my Avatar disappeared.

I know a few people said there's have disappeared and have been replaced with their Full Tilt Avatars

I emailed Pokerstars as i thougt it was only me this had happend to.

They replied: "Over the last few days we have recieved hundreds of reports of images not showing up at our tables-Including yours. We would like to apologize for this inconvenience and reassure you that our programmers are working on identifying and adressing the issue."

They couldnt provide a time-frame for a resolution yet.

When your avatar appeared again? My avatar (with my own Picture) has disappeared last Saturday and have already I complained twice with the PS Support however until now it did not return and now I am using one provided in the PS gallery but there are several people using the same...

I will complain PS again...

Yeah, I've been wondering where my picture went the past days..
Was thinking about updating it to the CardsChat logo anyway but keep getting a error thing when I try to upload one..
Guess I'll have to wait until they fix it. :dontknow:
