Pokerstars Connection Problems

May 3.... the problem remains

I guess no scoop this year.

In most cases problems are not caused by your internet connectivity but from the overload of the servers caused by the great increase of number of players caused by the covid19 situation. Obviously it is not easy and fast for them to react to such increase but hope that they will take measures and fix these problems soon as otherwise they will just loose clients.

I can not do this anymore! I can't play normal poker since mid-March! Today I suffer the same, I play cash and I lose money because I am put out. Last week I sent an email to customer service regarding my disconnection during the game and the next day I received a $ 1 bonus for inconvenience. I don't need their dollar, I want to play decently ... nothing is solved. I noticed that I don't have this problem in the morning, I think the player traffic is low and the server supports it. I look forward to getting back to normal !!!!

Pokerstars sometimeshave problem with error connection I don't know why ..but LOSE meny hand with this problem
 
strange .. never happened to me. contact support, they can help you
 
Happened to me yesterday, very frustrating, i just got of the tables i was on because i hate being folded when i cant reply

yes yes i have huge problems pokerstars

what solve my troubles...
~ problems started when i enable the new graphic thing allow you play the kewl "grand tour" race event
~ problems stop when i unable the graphic thing named aurora or something

seems that graphic thing interferes with my computer somehow
causes lag & freezing

PokerStars is pleased to announce that the Beta period for the Aurora table has ended! A significant number of improvements have been made to the table over the past few months and we would like you to give it another try.

What does this mean for you as a player? The legacy table has been removed and players will no longer have the ability to switch back to it.

I disabled the aurora table immediately upon its first arrival. It was a huge step back performance-wise. Now, I am not pleased to see that the legacy table is no longer an option. The Aurora table didn't provide a much better experience.

While it is great to see improvements thanks for your post skaniol,
I Lost a lot of money with my system that was used to playing normally on the legacy tables due to freezes games not starting properly and then crashing not being able to play a hand without any proper knowledge of these changes.😱

I was just watching and found no problem connecting.
It is likely that the problem is with you or your service provider.
Or if the PS had a problem then it has already been restored.
 
Hi �� I hope I came across a suitable topic and someone who has a similar problem.
a year ago I changed my mobile operator. Since then, I can't open casino games through the mobile app. but I can, except for two games, through the phone's browser. when changing the ISP there is no problem. AndAn iif they have had such a problem. Can anyone neither pokerstars nor my mobile operator could solve it

i cant even log in.pokerstars.have my own problems
 
This could be a good think 😁, i hâd this problem once and I got a very good compensații from Pokerstars . Very big bonus from they 😁 so wait for something nice from Pokerstars 😁

If you want help with those problems, then you need to specify them more. Moreover this thread is 4 years old, so your problems almost certainly has nothing to do with the original post, and it would have been appropriate to start a new thread instead of replying to this.
