I was in the middle of a hand—Razz, 7th street—and was about to bet when it suddenly froze. It was a $4.40 HORSE game. Tried some basic troubleshooting, but no luck.

Glad they refunded the buy-in, and they split the pot among players, with the biggest stack getting the largest share.

Were you playing when it happened around 30 minutes ago?

I was playing a tournament and still had chips (not many - 7bb), when I got disconnected for quite a while. I couldn’t reconnect at all, and when it finally came back, I was already eliminated. The tournament is still paused, Phase 1 of the Sunday Storm 15th Anniversary.

pokerstars is a site that has only been getting worse for a few years, the site does not seek to improve the platform

A few years ago I had a similar situation. I received compensation for a canceled tournament and this compensation was about $870. And by the way, I won a seat for this tournament in a satellite. It was some Sunday tournament with a buy-in of $109. The next day when I received a message from PokerStars I was amazed.
