Basically do they have one?

Being driven mad trying to log in and no password reset has been sent.

I'm using the stars UK android App

Thank you

as far as I know they do not have a cellular connection, there is only a chat support service in which you can write yourself and solve your problems!good luck!

If you google PokerStars customer service number or phone number and nothing comes up then I am going to say no never personally dealt with their customer service so not much to add there but anytime I have wondered if there was an actual number for a company’s customer service that google search above has done it for me

I have sorted problems by email at

Also confirmed with online support reps that they don’t have a number and/or won’t give it out...gl 🙁

Its amazing these days how multi billion dollar companies can operate and forgo customer service departments. Google Voice is so bold to do so.

PokerStars is pretty prompt with email response until they strongly disagree with you, so you never know for sure until they ghost you on the issue.

Spotify is very good on customer service via Twitter @Spotifycares

Its kinda wild west how you find these things out as companies dont always promote service these days.
