Hello CardsChat, I would love your kindness in helping me to solve a bit of a problem logging in to my Stars account.
The problem is that I lost my cell phone and my personal number.
In order to retrieve the PIN Number, PokerStars sends via SMS message the new number.
We can only access PokerStars Support if we do log in.
Thus, we have a little bit of contradiction here. Is there a PokerStars Support thread anywhere that am I missing? Thanks in advance.
