Rake and Rewards

Rake is different from site to site. It is generally ~5% for lowest stakes.
Rewards, varies significantly. What was typical was something around 20% rakeback (ie. Partypoker 'was' 20% to upwards of 65% depending upon stake level and Leaderboards, today it is much, much less (just in the past couple years it changed; GGPoker is ~35% rakeback (if you're getting 'Platinum' level)

And as far as 'rewards' programs go these days, you really want to try to do your homework on finding the best deal (or any deal?) you can.
