It seems they don't care about the American market. Here is a reply from admin to an American asking about freebies or a free bonus for signing up.

I like the tournaments there. There are not many people, but there are advantages to this. There are a lot of overlays in interesting tournaments. And the field of players is weaker than on PS. I very rarely win anything at PS. And then ok.

Not a fan did not like CS at all or their deposit/withdrawal policies other sites are a lot less problematic
