Slow pokerstars support

Is there anyone that know how fast pokerstars use to reply on email? Been waiting 8days now, sent a couple of emails to them.

They have alway responded to me in 24 -36 hours via email.

There is a live chat feature that is available at cetain times of the day. I believe it is available on mornings US time.

From you client go to help on right bar then you should see Live Chat with Support on left panel fourth down after Contact Support. If you do not see Live Chat maybe try back another time or use the Contact Support one. Live Chat is available right now,

To me, the support service PokerStars sends emails with replies to the mail within 24 hours, can check the spam folder, or contact online help on the PokerStars website!

He never had any response problems with pokerstars support. ..... I have always been answered by emails before 24 hours

Usually within 1 or 2 days I get a response on my e-mail.

Not sure why you not getting an answer after that long, but it never took that long in my experience.

They support center are the best of all online poker sites.They response on all questions,even stupid ones

I wrote many times to the pokerstars support service, they always responded quickly (1-2 days), Maybe this is due to the large volume of letters.

This week (Tuesdays) I sent the technical service because the new promotion on the open web site was black only. All four e-mails were sent (within 6 hours) to help solve the problem. I think they are helpful and fast.

I recommend you to look for the live chat option, I used it and it went well, the option is active, it may cost you to find it, but it is active

Yes, now they have a bad service, it takes about a week to respond, I'm left behind when pokerstars answered you in a couple of hours.
