I've been unable to log in to SportsBetting poker client for the past couple days. I tried once last week and couldn't get on then either. I thought it must've been some glitch with my computer but yesterday I spent some time, uninstall/re-install, tried from different IP address, tried after disabling firewall and a.v. I can't get on SB.
I tried the webpage and was able to get on there but it said I had zero $ in my account (untrue).

Today I discovered a thread on reddit and found many others who are experiencing the same. When you go to log in it comes up 'Network error' 403
Doesn't matter if you try to run as administrator either.

Can any of you get on SportsBetting these days?

Does anyone on Cardschat even play on Sportsbetting? (or Betonline). I normally only play on there 1 or 2 nights per week, low stakes cash games. The tables are quite soft (due to USA friendly site).

I only use their website. They separate your money into poker and sportsbook accounts.

So when you log in, I believe it shows the amount in your sports account. If you click on poker and play online, you can log in to your poker account and transfer amounts between the two accounts.

Thanks. Yah I'm fully aware of the two separate accounts/cashier. It's not what was happening for me.

I was talking with support and they're aware of the problem (error 403). I'm now able to log in to the web page & I can play 1 table on there, but still can't get on the poker client. I've tried everything I can think of. Hopefully they'll be able to fix whatever is happening.

Good to know that someone else on here is experiencing the same problem. Do you get error code '403'?

One would think they'd invest the money to be assured their poker client (mobile app) is actually working smoothly so that customers can actually play.
I did notice that the tables I typically play on still had close to the numbers of players they typically have had in the past.

I got "network error" or similar. Only the sites browser client was working in the end. Didnt play.

I hope you don't leave too much money in your accounts at those two sites Colin, when I lost access to those two sites they made it nearly impossible for me to withdraw my funds from them.

They kept on denying my withdrawls saying the withdrawl methods were not available in my country, even though they were. In the end I outsmarted them by getting a crypto address from a fellow CCer and I used that and he recieved the funds and then sent them to me via paypal.

Good luck mate.

Yah fortunately I don't have much left on SportsBetting... just enough to 4-table their 10nl Fast-Fold cash tables. I can play on the web version but I don't like it. (have to redo my settings every single time I sit down at the table... & for some reason it only buys me in for 50bb instead of 100bb).
I had thoughts of building this account up again as I've done it a couple of times in the past (ie. $50 > $300) so that I could play MTT's on there but not too likely to do this now.. or at least not til' I can get the poker client to actually work for me. The site is sooooo soft by comparison to other sites I play on that is awfully tempting. I might play a bit on weeknights. It's also very limiting as there are no tables above 10nl that have traffic. meh. Another one bites the dust.
