UK players getting kicked off Carbon ?

Blast, I had always considered myself lucky to be British in regards to online poker. I don't play at Carbon but these new regulations are embarrassing. Its going to affect bonuses and the like.

This is the last email I got. The bolded bit totally baffles me:

Dear Sarah,
Thank you for contacting us.
This email is to inform you that we apologize for the inconvenience caused because of this situation, but at the moment, this decision was taken by management level so it is not related to any UK license, so regrettably, the account will be set inactive. We thank you for your business and sincerely hope that in the future we’ll be able resume offering services for our loyal members in your area.

Surely it is?? Either the support have no idea why management are closing our accounts or there is another reason?

This is what US players have been dealing with for years now. A poker room opening up, ten closing then not being allowed to play. Then watching others play in awesome rooms and being able to have easy withdrawl and deposit!! Sorry I'm just venting

Hey gl. Just a suggestion, today Carbon has their Carbon OPS Main Event(s) today which will have some nice prize pools at all different buyins. There is a $2.20, $5.50, $11, $33, $60, $109, $215 and $530 main event. I would definitely recommend playing the $2.20, $5.50, $11 Main Events if I were you. The fields will be large at it is your best chance to cash something big.
