Unable to log into BlackChip Poker

This morning Blackchip poker did routine maintenance and I have been unable to log in. It keeps popping up under maintenance check back in 30 mins. I have emailed back and forth with support all day. Did all they suggested and still have got nowhere. Can anyone help suggest something to try different? This is what I did plus clear browser history, cookies and cache.
. Refresh the poker application by closing and re-opening it.
2. Flush your default browser’s DNS.
For Windows, from the command prompt type in the command: ipconfig /flushdns
For Mac, from a terminal window type in the command: sudo killall -HUP mDNSResponder

If the above does not work, you can uninstall the poker application and reinstall it.

If your issue still persists after reinstalling the poker application, we will need to escalate your case to our techs. Please provide us with the following information:

* The operating system and version you are using
* The browser and version you are using
* The name of your ISP (Internet Service Provider)
* A screenshot of the issue

I'm not sure why but everytime I post something in this forum no one seems to be able to help me and it's frustrating to say the least.

You probably post things that are not related to Cardschat. Get help from proper supports.

As I stated already I did that over and over and over again but, thanks for the crappy reply and just fyi, there are numerous people that it happened to and I was hoping someone could direct me as to what things they tried because support is no help at all. But hey tks for chirping in as useless as it was.

You're welcome. The sites I play don't encounter problems after maintenance. Have not played nor heard about this BlackChip Poker. Perhaps its just one of those scam sites.

I'm also getting this when I try to change my password. Have no clue as to why I would be blocked. And this all happened after their latest maintenance work. My site went down and hasn't come back over 24 hours later and now they are ignoring me

Did you try downloading ACR? Isnt it the same player pool as blackchip?

I did yes and I have the same problem logging in on them also...

But if u could not figure it out with acr support, what help did u expect to find here? I also dont know what to tell u, maybe reinstall ur pc altogether, try from a different pc/connection, reset and/or disconnect ur modem and connect again after a few minutes.

Did u try on mobile?

And if nothing helps, cashout from another device and /or forget about it for the moment play somewhere else and check again in a few days/weeks/months.

I was hoping someone that has/had the same problem could help as support said there are others that it happened to.

Try 'uninstalling' ACR & Blackchip. Then do a re-install of A.C.R. and see what happens.

fwiw, I haven't had any problems with either of the sites since the recent updates (aside from trying to figure out the Tournament Lobbys)

My suggestion above with waiting a few days would probably do it. They will fix it at some point.

I didn't even have ACR downloaded at the time because I was playing at BCP, that is where my money is.

I was able to get in after the updates. Did you happen to have a HU open? in the past I had issues with the HUD being open 1st.
