Unable to see hole cards on party poker

I've seen a few people mention similar issues. If you've got real-time videos showing it happening, that's pretty solid evidence. I'd keep pushing support and ask them to escalate it to their technical team instead of sending the standard "no issues found" response. In the meantime, I'd avoid relying on the cash-out feature if it's not showing hole cards consistently. Hopefully they get it sorted soon because that's definitely frustrating.

They have said because I was the aggressor in the hand the opponent has the option of not having not having to show there hole cards until, idk when this rule has been placed as always when both parties are all in there should be shown , but apparently not
