Hello everyone, I hope someone has already gone through this and managed to solve it. Since the last WPT update on my computer, I can't get in; it stays on this screen endlessly, and even if I click the X, it doesn't close, so I have to shut it down in the task manager.

I was using Windows 10 Pro and since it didn't work, I thought that if I upgraded to Windows 11 it would work, but the problem continued. I contacted support via chat and they asked me to send a test document by email and that they would get back to me with a solution. The response I have from them now is that my video card is old, but my computer has a video card, my son's is older and doesn't even have a card and it works, but mine doesn't.

On the cell phone it works

Any news?
Everything seems normal to me!

Have you updated your video card drivers recently?
Also, you could try messing with the video settings (if I'm not mistaken there's an option to speed up certain applications), but I don't think that's the issue!
Wait for a response from the support team and, as a last resort, prepare to do a clean reinstall of Windows.

I thought Windows 10 was already out of operation... (I don't even remember updating mine), but when I checked now, I saw that it's already there!

Update... I received a response from them that was indeed related to the video card. I have a 2GB Nvidia GeForce, but strangely it disappeared from my system. I tried downloading the drivers for it, but it's not showing up. I'll try some other procedures today and see if it reappears.

Did you get this fixed? I imagine playing with 2GB VRAM is difficult as with my 4GB VRAM it's also difficult
