Fixed an issue where AHC might stop updating HUD if 2nd instance of Suprema was closed

Fixed an issue where cards of 2nd and 3rd run (RIT) were incorrectly imported

yeah, got invited to play there from one of the pppoker players. I haven't really committed to the site yet (still playing more in pokerbros) but i can be a beta tester if you still have a free slot.

- Added SupremaPoker site support for HM3 (since 3.1.21.7838) and PT4 (since 4.16)
- Added possibility to switch between PokerMaster and SupremaPoker formats in AHC settings. PokerMaster will be set if AHC is already installed, SupremaPoker will be set if it's the first launch of AHC.
