With all the new technology and training sites available, how do you think the average poker player’s skill level will change in the next 5 years?

many people will be better at no limit hold em , but there will be all kinds of new and semi new versions of poker where the decisions won't be so well solved or widely known .

Not much since "the average poker player" is not using training sites or solvers, and new players keep coming in to the game all the game. The best players are however likely to get even better, as they have over the last 20+ years.
