You guys are doing really good job, and being active on the forum, helping other forum users with software solutions/tips/fixes, makes a really great impression and I am confident you guys will do anything it takes to help your customers.
I know you guys will, and I am one of your customers.
So far, hands down, one of the best support for software I ever experienced.
And I am in IT Field myself, I know what I am talking about.

Drivehud Question

I hope I have posted in correct spot. My HUD only shows the stats in color: VPIP, PFR, and AGG, although I have assigned colors and ranges for all my stats. I play on ACR.

Do you think this has to do with ACR site policy or do you think I have missed some set-up component in DriveHUD?

Never heard of this problem before, how about trying to reinstall it or sending a support ticket?

Heat maps in there now in this build. I'll do a video before I leave for the WSOP to cover some of these new features. It's super cool, so you'll want to see it. And we'll be building a lot of new default HUD's as well that you guys should love.

It has nothing to do w/ ACR policy. You probably created a HUD either for the wrong table format, or didn't select it while playing in game from the DH logo (at top of the table).

The heat map looks cool , thanks!

So a couple of things about adding heat maps to your HUD if you're using the latest beta. You can add them as a mouse over pop-up in one of two ways:

1) As a pop-up inside of an existing set of pop-up stats. In this case you drag and drop the heat map to the main stat for the pop-up. It will show a mouse over heat map at the top of the pop-up. Mouse over the heat map and you'll see like below:



2) As a main pop-up for any stat. In this case just drag and drop the heat map to the stat you want in your HUD. The heat map will then display on mouse over w/o any additional mouse over needed.

We'll have more video tutorial and documentation on this when it's released in the main builds. I just wanted to give a quick over view since there's been several questions about it and then new hud designer.

Last played in 2011, interested again

Hi! I last played online (micro-stakes) in 2011. I thought it was not possible to play for real money in the U.S. I wonder how so many online sites can "get away" with doing it, and why so many pros moved to other countries if they could play here.

Anyway, back then there was Poker Tracker and Holdem Manager. Both were database programs that also had HUDs. I bought PT.

Now I see DriveHUD and it looks fantastic -- especially the great support. However, it calls itself a HUD. Does that mean that it shouldn't be considered a poker database program as well?

If it *is* a poker database, does it have a range of features similar to PT and HM? Is there a feature comparison discussion or chart somewhere?

It's a poker HUD and database w/ similar features to PT. There's a free 30 day trial so you can download and try it.

- Table size option for Ignition/Bodog

So you can force a table size option since right now table sizes are all detected as full ring post the Ignition update. To do so just right click on the DH logo at the top of your table. Select Treat as... and then select the table size.



We're still working on detection of the tables post update. Hopefully we have some solution, but this will work at least in the interm.
