I want to post my hands in pokerstar to cardschat. Is there any recommended free hand converter to facilitate hand reading?

Send a request to a PokerStars to send you hand history to email,
copy the hand you want to set to Cardschat and paste!!

In http://poker-tools.flopturnriver.com/Hand-Converter.php, there is no option of cardschat in the output list. Which output format shall I choose? Thanks a lot.
