is there anyway to create popups which tell you how bit the sample of hands is on individual stats?

for example, i have the resteal vs hero stat on my HUD, basically i want to be able to hover over that stat and see how big the sample is. i know you can colour code this, but that makes things hard to read for me.

Oh, also does the "mark hands" feature work? i went with the F9 feature, but it doesn't seem to mark hands for me. Also, can i change the hotkey for this? or should i just link something to hotkey it for me? xpadder or similar..
 
Dear support, this might be a stupid question but here it is. I have Neteller account set in euros and im planing to buy small stake licence for hem2, can i make the purchase with euro neteller and how much it will cost if the additional conversion fees are involved?

Can i use skrill master card to pay for licence?

The sample will show until you have 100 opportunities.

It's not possible to change the hotkey currently.

The hotkey could be a permissions issue.

We can accept Credit Card - visa, mastercard, American Express - paypal and WebMoney.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I am not sure what the conversion fees would be.

Yes, if it is a mastercard or visa.

Anyone knows how to import and export the hand history from ACR/BCP to HM 2?
 
Anyone knows how to import and export the hand history from ACR/BCP to HM 2? I have HM 2 version I tried to import from C:\BlackChipPoker\profiles\XXX\HandHistory\XXX, which XXX means screen name

We support hands from Winning.

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_2_Update.exe

*Note that we do not support play money hands so you must test/play real money hands when using HM2 - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2901/Play+Money+Hands

Make sure that poker client is saving hands and HM2 is auto importing them - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/521/Supported+Sites+-+Minimum+PC+Specs#Site Setup Info

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

Dear support, this might be a stupid question but the time in reports in hem doesnt match with time in my poker rooms and on my system clock... Can you please tell me how to fix it, i couldnt figure out by myself...

Go to site settings,find time ofset and adjust it,for fulltilt o must put on -6.... so if you pc time is 20:00 and hands show 16:00 you must add 4 there...

Hey, didnt tried there... offset was 6 by default and that was exactly how time on report was ahead from real time. Just changed it to 0, i think it will work right now...

Yes, a recent Stars 7 update broke it. With it still being in Beta, there will be changes. As it comes closer to the final product, we will be adapting to it.
 
Hi Foz!

I've made a backup in HM1 and am wondering if I can import
into HM2? If not, how would I get my HH/db into HM2?

You have to either import from the HM1 database (not backup), or import hand history manually from c:\hmarchive.
 
I am having issues on carbon with my hem 1. I have my hand history folders set up properly and the archive folder as well. When a hand is finished it shows it has imported but there is nothing in my hem. No players, graphs, hands, or anything else, as if the hand wasnt imported. Can anybody help me with this because I dont really want to buy hem 2
 
Carbon changed their hand history format. We updated HM2 for this but HM1 will not be patched for this change.

We stopped selling HM1 licenses when HM2 was released in November of 2011. We stopped updating for critical bugs and providing support for HM1 at the end of April 2014 - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/661/HM1+End+of+Life+(EOL)+Common+Questions

If you continue to have problems there is nothing else we can do since we no longer support this software so you should consider trying HM2. If you have not tried it recently you should be able to install the latest update and activate a new 30 day trial. If you have any problems with the trial let us know and we can extend the trial for you manually.
 
my hm2 doesnt auto load current hands?.... I always have to go manually keep adding the same folder each time... ideas?...

I have auto load hh on and have the proper folders all selected but still doesn't auto load hands..... grrrr
