It's just like PF agg % - the % of postflop actions that you are aggressive in, but it's a ratio - aggressive actions to passive ones. So if you bet or raise 3 times and call once, it's 3

I checked all my settings and they were all what you said they should be except you wrote - include hands newer than X months old' should be set to 120 and 'Use last X hands' should be set to 0. Mine is set to 12 months not 120 is that ok? Thanks!!!

HM is designed to only show your session stats at that table


Your HUD will reset at each table. It won't ever change.
 
Can anyone tell me if Hold'em Manager can be used for GlobalPoker, and if so can a HuD be used since it is not a program in itself but simply a website?

I have tried digging through this thread but have not noticed the answer yet.

This is not possible. We do not support flash based games. It is my understanding that they do not want trackers.
 
Past 2 days I have to start HM 4 or 5 times to get up and running. The liscene is being rejected sometimes in the middle of sessions and then it crashes.


I saw that HM had scheduled maintence recently don't know if this part of the problem or if it my laptop is the issue.


Are there any reports of other players experiencing same?

I would like to purchase hem2 small stakes version.

If in the furure it turns out that I need a pro version, will I need to purchase that whole version, or would I only be paying the difference in price between small and pro version?

In other words, I would update the small version and pay the difference for the pro version. Is that the case, or do I have to purchase a whole new pro version?

I just noticed that the first 3 hands I played at the table were not recorded. I have Hem2 small stakes. I don't think I've updated or anything in a while. Do you think I should re-download and re-install? If I do that, do I need to backup anything so that I don't lose my database?
 
Hi guys,

I am fairly new to poker and have been building my bankroll up to 2.5k.
Now I want to take it more serious and also bought Holdem Manager 2 because of that.
My goal is to become a 50Nlz reg first.
I have some questions about it.
1.Do I have to keep watching every single hand in order for the Hud to collect the information or can I fast fold?
2.Whats the difference between the HUD and the popup? My understanding is that the HUD is there to give you fast general information about a player and the popup is there to give you any data available? So you also could play with just the popup or not?
 
1. The site writes hands after they finish. You can fast fold and it will write it. Don't close tables though, until the current hand finished playing.

2. The popup is a way to add more stats and expand the HUD.
 
I exported all my hands, and backed up my settings and database. Anything else I need to do before re-installing?

This will ensure that you have your hand histories and HUD saved to import into a new computer, and as a backup to restore in case of an emergency. I recommend you do this at least once a month and keep the last 2 or 3 most recent backups (and your \HM2Archive folder) stored on an external drive and/or cloud storage site like dropbox or google drive.
 
I have such a problem. The HM window is not displayed completely on the computer. When I look through my hands some of the data goes down and they are not visible. The window cannot be expanded. Is there a problem with the computer or the program?

Is it possible (maybe in version 3) to have the possibility to backup everything in a single file including database, hand history, settings, huds and everything else? It will be more convenient this way.


And one more question - currently if you have holdem manager 2 and 3 beta they use different databases and different location when they archive the hands played. While version 3 is still beta there are frequent cases where people switch between version 2 and version 3 so they play some tournaments in V2 and some in V3. Is it possible at least till version 3 is in beta to make easier way to synchronize hand history between each other? If i set v2 and v3 to use the same folder for hmarchive will that cause any problem? If not will this cause holdem manager 2 and 3 to automatically find and import missing hands in the database at startup or i still need to manually scan the folder each time?
 
The HUD is not part of the database, so has to be backed up separately.

You can run both at the same time. If you want to use one for some tables only, you will need to choose the tables in the session that you want to disable.

You can use the same archive folder. You should set one though to archive, not both, so you can import in both.

Last few days i played several MTTs at pokerstars with holdem manager 3 and noticed that sometimes when i am moved to another table the hud starts to show incorrectly the statistics for the players. For example my name and statistics are shown over the player to the left of me. I think that this happens when i am moved from full table to another where not all seats are currently used. I have set in pokerstars to always auto center me and i have set in site preferences seat 5 for 9 player table but this did not solve the problem. Is such behavior reported already or observed by someone else or it is something with my PC?

Please reproduce the problem and click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu (or from the 'Help' menu at the top), or choose 'Yes' if prompted to submit an error report, and send your logs and config files with a detailed step by step description of the problem that we can use to try and reproduce the problem.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.
