How do you merge PokerTracker4 to ACR?

I have ACR and I just downloaded Poker Tracker 4 free trial version. I want to test it out.

Anyone know how you can merge your hands onto here? Or how it works? What do I have to do to start it up and starting HUD or keep track of my results.

Doesn't seem to have ACR in the "Configuration command".

I was able to import my hands and see my graph and statistics. But how do I actually put the HUD onto ACR. ?

Then hit "Get Hands While Playing"

The instructional videos can also be accessed while using PokerTracker 4 via the video icon (the green "?" icon). I gotta tell you, I preferred PT3. But that was long ago, in a galaxy far far away.

With PT4, I have finally tried to alias my different names on different sites.

Seems I can not alias a BCP skin name if I have an ACR shin name.



I first aliased my ACR name to my PS name. Worked fine. Then tried to alias my BCP name to that PS name, and that is when that cautionary message showed up.

How can I fix this?

The only way I can think of that would validate that message is where I would have pre-entered (or won a ticket for a game several days away) and forgot, then registered from the other skin . Another possibility might be I blew up in a tourney from one skins, then rejoined from the other skin. For most of the days of the week, I almost treat those skins interchangeably, only on Tuesdays and Thursdays do I make a serious effort as distinguishing them apart.

So I ask again, how do I fix this so that I can see all my stats collectively?

Just taking a wild stab here, but could you maybe look for the hands where this happened and purge those tournaments, link the aliases, and then re-import the tournament hand histories you purged?
Seems like the pragmatic fix.

Yeah im running my old ancient pc at the moment, need a new HD for my usual pc I hate vista haha

I would submit a bug report so their support could check your logs and assist you, if you haven't already.

I used there free trial a few years ago and wasted it but am now seriously considering buying either pt4 or hem2 and would like to ask about the possibility of a second trial

Hello all, not sure where to post this. I'm a total newbie. I have PT4 & Pokerstars have sent me message 3 times now. If I keep using my PT4 I'll be banned. This happened after the Pokerstars update yesterday. Has this happened to anyone else?

Install latest version... you are using an old version that is not allowed!

Is anyone having issue with the database from today, it worked fine for me on Thursday but today I can not login in. I have noticed that postgreSQ is not running when I went to local services and when I went to start this servive I got an error. I have PostgreSQ 9.0 installed on my computer and I was going to reinstall, but it said I must back up my database, how do I do that if I can't log in. I updated to new version today so I thought it was because of that. I reverted back and it still happens.

PS any chance you made the move to windows 10??? if so you need to install postgres 9.4
