replayer failed

hello I just tested the hand replayer and it didn't work ... I copied the ACR's hand history in English and there was an error ... and a message appeared to speak with support but it didn't work either ...

You may want to paste a copy of the hand history that you put into the replayer. Thanks!

PokerBros Hand History. How do I copy and paste to handconverter?

I have been playing on the PokerBros App and I have screenshots of 2 different hand details I want to post about. How do I successfully convert this information to the cardschat hand converter?

I also don’t know how to load played hands into the cardchats converter. I want to share the history of played hands that I think will be interesting

can someone show how to do this? thanks in advance

Great, I'm going to upload the ones that I create my best hands in tournaments ...
 
I like that and from what I see seems easy to use. Thanks cards chat have to admit you guys are helping my game.
