It was just his 1st fight at 205 and he looked good on the outside, I think he underestimated Jan’s grappling. Jan is very strong in the clinch and you could see that he was less fatigued than Luke after they clinched. I thought that this was a bad match up for Luke’s first fight at 205. Also it looked like Luke put on too much muscle for this fight, which defeats the purpose of moving up. I did not expect Jan to KO Luke but it was an exciting start to a very nice parlay I won.

I predict that Frankie is going to announce his retirement after the fight.

Was thinking the exact same thing, it'll be a closer fight than people expect but Holloway will come out with the W.

I think Frankie will be able to get Max to the ground in the 2nd/3rd but ultimately lose due to the volume of strikes Max will put out.

Cyborg is going to knock Spencers mouth-piece into the 5th row.

I've got a KO in that fight @ -350.

Yeah Spencer is tough but I think Cyborg will be too much for her. I have Cyborg by KO/TKO/DQ @ -450, I would have took Cyborg in the first @ -139 if I didn’t have the bet in a 5 fight parlay.

Geoff Neal v Niko Price is going to be fireworks, don’t see that fight getting out of the first round but if it does it could be a fight of the night candidate. Niko Price @ +278 was way too good of a price for me to pass on.

I dont know if Frankie Edgar can pull off the upset but it would be pretty cool to see. Holloway has a tough style for him to defeat.

I wouldn't say that was a easy bet. Cyborg got took the distance, and you could argue it was 2-2 going into the final round in the Holloway fight. Edgar was winning that last round also until about a minute to go where Holloway got a few flurries in. I was going to make a parlay of those 2 also but the return wasn't worth it. Bets like that cost you in the long run. Edgar was at a huge disadvantage there though, he shouldn't be in that class, and Holloway was dropped in class. Still was close though.

cant wait to see if covington will continue his streak and fianlly get a title shot if he wins this weekend

A little early for that. Keep in mind Aldo went over 4000 says without a loss, over 2000 of them were as champion. Aldo fought too long, kinda like Roy Jones jr. In boxing. Let's wait and see how holloway does after his prime first. If it resembles aldos, then you could definitely make the case holloway beats him out. He would be wise to retire before he is just getting fights due to his earlier legacy like Aldo has done the last 8 or so fights.

hollaway is the alltime 145 goat no doubt about it

Colby dominating Lawler was pretty impressing.

His trash talk is cringy but definitely a top contender.

I got a parlay bet ...

$70 to win $207

on Pettis and Cormier.

I had a couple parlays tonight...

Costa & Diaz

Costa, Diaz & Miocic

Wasn't feeling too confident in the main event but started to get excited after Stipe landed his 12th left hook to the body in the 4th.

Much better than last fights I bet on... I lost every single bet I made that night LOL. Tonight I won every single bet I made (5 in total).

Am I only one who thinks Khabib will lose to Dustin?

Khabib is 27-0 and Dustin was Ko'ed by Michael Johnson.

This is like Conor x Floyd.

I'm surprised Diaz & Stripe won ....

Looks like DC came in out of shape. He is still an elite fighter but If I was him I would go for the trilogy match (hopefully win) and then retire.

Congrats on your bets !

Anyone picking Weidman over Reyes?

What about Jeremy Stephens vs Yair Rodriguez?

I want to pick Chris & Jeremy for the win but am going with heart here as opposed to head.

I wish they'd put some beast up vs. Greg Hardy so they'd knock the p155 out of him instead of another falldown. I can't stand Hardy!!!
For entertainment... how about bringing back Brock Lesnar for a 1-time fight vs. Hardy?

Haven't seen today's fights yet, but I'm hoping Weidman and Yair win their fights.

I didn't even know Jeremy and Yair were going to have their fight reescheduled (well, go at it again) for today until now that I read your post. Quite excited about it.

Early tomorrow, from Singapore, is the UFC Fight Night: Maia vs Askren. That main event should be quite interesting to watch. Looking forward to what approach each fighter will have in this fight.
