Used to be a big cricket fan till i was in school, after college lost touch with the game. I watched a bit of the India vs Australia test, not bad, should be a good contest.
 
Huge cricket fan and have been for 30+ years.

Love everything about it (not so keen on T20 though 😉) the history, stories, facts & figures etc.

Test Matches rule - 5 days of bliss 😀

subbing. crickets great, but i like playing it more than watching. hopefully the aussies get sucure the win, but will be a tough ask after hussey and ponting retirement.

Wow NZ is just owning England right now. Sad to think that this was the same team that whitewashed India not too long ago...
 
Not been good viewing - England look totally washed out & tired.

At least there's Bumble (David Lloyd) on commentary to help us through 😀

Probably after beating India they can't figure out how they can't beat NZ and a mixture of frustration and tiredness has brought on these poor efforts. :icon_scra
 
England sucks now, Australia's in shambles, India can only play at home. Is SA the only decent Test team in the world right now?

Didn't England beat them 2-1? 🙂

South Africa are the best at the moment - but where is their spinner? :dontknow: Peterson is ok, but nothing great. He's better suited for the ODIs etc.
 
Yeah, dreat draw for England when they looked dead, but about fair - they would have crushed the 2nd test but for the weather.

We Indians have short (and selective) memories, hah!

IMO, you don't need a really good spinner to be a dominating Test team in the world. Two "great" quicks and some decent backups are enough. SA has one great quick in Steyn and two purty damn good ones in Morkel and Philander, and let's not forget Kallis. Not to mention their outstanding batting lineup...

When it comes to Test matches (the only format that really matters 😉) i think they probably are the best at the moment.
