betting scam

It turns out that I have made several bets and not only do they change the betting format of what I bet, but there are some that I have won and they declare them lost. I already sent a ticket to wpt global and they really responded to me as if laughing in the face that if they really verified that I was right they would give me money and if it didn't arrive they wouldn't give it to me. DON'T MAKE SPORTS BETS, they are all bought by them, below I will paste a couple of photos showing my results where I bet that weibo gaming would win 2 to 1 and they changed the bet format saying that I bet that weibo would lose. Secondly, I bet that GENOA wins 2 to 0 and that money appears to me as paid and I don't get paid, I don't want to be paranoid but...
