Bet365 offered me 5€ LIVE freebet on Barca vs PSG i believe - need to make qualfying prematch bet on same stake first. I'd imagine others received similar promo although guess it depends on people personally whether this is going to be 5/10/25.- (and so on) free bet lol ...

Unibet seems to also offer 10€ freebet as long as you make some BetBuilder bet first or whatever ...

Probably some other sites also offer something i'd imagine ...
