Belgium have really good team , but I don't believe that they could become champion ,they have not nesesarry experience in such big tournament

in some countries (in every country!) sport is element of politic, other countries making and using a big events to show how great, rich and friendly (without racism, LGBT friendly) they are. in 2014 during OG in sochi putin annexed crimea, just curious what he decide to annexing during this, 2018 World Cup? maybe this have sense.
 
I think the bets to Belgium, Spain, Brazil and Germany are safe, so he has to play hard, because I do not think they will lose in the group stage.
