Fishing, picking mushrooms in the forest, and I also have a cottage where there are a lot of fruit trees and a garden. Soon summer - I almost have no time to play poker. 😉

Birch forest is about a kilometer away from the villa.

And a little further away there is a pine, there you can find white mushrooms (I do not know how correctly it is called in English).

From the weight of the basket came off the handle, I had to tie ... 😉

how do u know what kind of mushroom is safe to eat?

I saw a lot last year, in the playground and park near my house

looks similar like your photo, but from Wiki it might be not safe to eat.

Chanterelles my favorite mushrooms, from white all winter soup brewed

I'm fond of growing flowers. I have a lot of flowers in the apartment and under the balcony.

Oh no! 😱 You can not pick mushrooms in the city. You can not collect near large roads - they accumulate harmful emissions, dirt, etc., and they can not be eaten, even if they belong to edible species. Collect mushrooms for food only in environmentally friendly places.

What mushrooms can be collected - I know from childhood, I'm from Russia. 😀

In fact, you can eat almost all the mushrooms, except for a few completely poisonous species, with the correct preparation. The Japanese, after all, eat fugu fish ?! But of course I will never advise anyone to do this. It can be deadly if you do not know what you are doing.

In the photographs, two species of mushrooms are podrezoviki and white. Wikipedia calls them: Leccinum scabrum and Bóletus pinophilus, respectively. These are good, completely edible species. They are large and strong. Pairs of such mushrooms will be enough to cook an excellent soup. They can be dried for storage or frozen.

well I got you point about this.
I believe when Japanese eats fugu fish, they let the dogs or cats try it out.

so not hard to find a dog to try out the mushroom 😀😀 esp some dogs are medical insured 😀
