Italy will have to play the recap to be able to participate in the World Cup. Will Italy, champions of the Euro Cup, be out of the World Cup. I hope that doesn't happen.

If the draw does not bring Italy to Portugal, then the Italians should not have any problems with overcoming the playoff stage.

Well that can be seen when they do the draw, to see what teams they will face, hopefully they will not play in the hype with Portugal because I hope that Portugal and Cristiano Ronaldo will be in the world cup but it would be a monumental failure for cr7 and for Portugal, they lost a great opportunity at home and if they are eliminated they themselves looked for it.
 
Italy will qualify to the World Cup without any problems, If they takes the playoffs seriously.

Way too many cups. Hopefully, they start to cut back the number of tournies players are participating in for national teams.
 
it is good that such teams as Italy and Portugal have not yet solved the problem of reaching the world championship. this speaks of high competition in the European selection, which benefits the whole of football. and I don't see anything wrong if these two teams play with each other, on the contrary, all the fans will be happy to watch it.
 
Good morning.It will depend on the team that Italy plays against.I think and hope Italy will be in the next World Cup but it won´t that easy as many people think.,especially if Portugal is the rival or even Sweden that was the squad that eliminated the Italians for the World Cup in Russia.

... these chances of Italy watching second succesive World Cup from TV increased drastically ...
* winner of these pairs having luxury to play decider at home.

So, one among Italy, the Euro champions, and Portugal, the Cristiano Ronaldo, won't be at World Cup.
 
Italy being able to face Portugal in the repechage, the situation was very complicated for Italy, they could be left out of the second consecutive cup, but I confess that Portugal outside the Cup won't be cool either, as it could be Cristiano's Last World Cup.

I lived in Italy for two years in the late 80s and I love Italy and Italians, so I hope they win the spot.

Good afternoon.First, they have to beat Macedonia today at home.I hope they will but if Portugal also wins, the final game to be in the next World Cup will be in Lisbon ...a very tough game but glad to watch it.

It would be incredible if Italy were left out, I think that if they have not played well they should be eliminated
 
😀Italy is not out of the World Cup yet it still has a chance to qualify in the European playoffs It can be left out of the playoffs since it is one of the rival base Portugal😀
