Guy is a top class player but shitty attitude. He shouldn't be defended anymore by Liverpool whenever this situations arise which has been more than a 'mouthful' already.

Suarez is banned for 4 months from all football related activity & 9 international match ban. First match of ban will be match against colombia. This ban will hurt Uruguay's chances very badly.

I'm glad. I now want Colombia to win. Maybe not before the incident, but now, definitely. I was bitten when I was a kid/teenager (street fights), and it was very unpleasant to say the least. Also, I've developed a man crush for James Rodriguez, and the way the Colombian team play football. They play entertaining, winning, artistic, attacking football. They're one of my favorite teams in the WC.
 
What a silly mistake to do,this guy should learn more about sportmanship.And now he could ruin Uruguay chances to advance further.

Suarez getting banned means Uruguay will either get eliminated in the R16 or QF for sure now. and I believe he should have been banned for longer.. it's not like it was his first attempt at biting.. I believe it was his 3rd or 4th attempt yes?

It is the third time he's been banned for biting.
 
Tyson for sure he goes for the dismemberment not just a shoulder bite he's trying to take a chunk of you.
 
I can't believe the Cheillini came out and said that he felt that the punishment is too harsh. What a scumbag! Actually... Call me a conspiracy theorist, but do you suppose Suarez's camp could have financed that statement?
 
He should be banned for life for all soccer. Specifically in America, soccer is a developing sport that has huge potential. The problem is the mentality of soccer players. Biting, faking injuries, complaining like babies to refs, nobody likes to watch it. Play the game.
 
I'm not a fan of what Suarez did. No excuse for doing that in Soccer's biggest stage.

This is what I love about American soccer. The embellishing is minimal. I was cursing the tv watching Robbin dive for the Netherlands. So sick of that crap!
