Capello can't play Cole on the left now, after JT made a big song and dance about telling Capello that its what he has to do, modern prima donna footballers believing their own hype and think that they can tell a world class manager who has won everything in the game who should play. 😱 Hope his old team mate Cole thanks JT. Yeah I was pretty pleased I ended up being able to watch the game. We looked sooooo much better than we did against it Algeria it was ridiculous. Would have have been nice to have a couple more but c'est la vie. Can't wait til tonights games

Germany and Ghana advance - nice goal by Özil

(much more difficult than to make it in the first half).

Ghana wasn't bad at all - Germany wasn't as good as expected... some issues in the defense.

Unlucky Australians beat on goal difference.
 
I wonder who the Boateng family where cheering for tonight.
Ghana where Prince Boateng the older brother plays or Germany where Jerome Boateng the younger brother plays :S.

Australia-Serbia was a great game, especialy the second half.
And thanks to Australia´s win I broke even on todays bets and im still in the green for the WC!

I thought Ghana looked quiet good and will cause other teams trouble too. Big, powerful team. Germany played well - hope Bastian Schweinsteiger is fit for Sunday as he looked very effective. England vs Germany will be a high tempo game and I expect both teams will go hard for goals. On paper England have several better players but we are not sure that England will produce a good team performance whereas we expect Germany to play as a team and be very hard to beat. Be a tough game for both teams.

English bookmakers have both teams at the same price.

Penalty shootout anyone (with all the bee noise) anyone?

Apparently they (Jerome and KP) haven't been on speaking terms since KP injured Ballack in the FA Cup final
