Pokerstars sports isnt working

Incase anyone is trying to bet on Cheltenham festival with pokerstars, i believe it has just crashed. Several of my friends are getting blank white screens on everything after the first race. Probably on overload due to betting.
 
POSSIBLY IT MUST BE A COST OF SOF DE STARS THE BEST WAY TO FIND OUT IS TO TELL SUPPORT
 
I’ve not been able to get on it all day!!
It’s definitely not the first time
I would like to think it’s because they concentrate all their resources on the poker but seeing how many times that crashes too I guess that’s not the reason ��
 
Didn't know Pokerstars even had sports betting,,,,😕
 
Yes pokerstars has sports betting, are you a member? The sports tab is just to the right of the poker and casino games tab.
 
I am able to get on but it is acting erratic on my Mac. Im not sure if its the Mac or the software.

Who wouldn't have heard about BetStars then :dontknow:

Even i knew about existence of that thing eventhough i still cant use it (same applies to their casino lol) ... :bebored:
 
I taught it was my phone or slow internet connection but seems lots of people had the same problem, i am glad now it did not work was going to back a few horses at cheltenham but none of the horses i was going to back won so thanks pokerstars

I've have been trying to get on the sports page every hour since 6am and it still not working.
 
As per their website this is the best explanation I could find:

"Announcement: Site technical issues (click/tap here for more details)
PokerStars Sports is currently undergoing unscheduled maintenance following tech difficulties.
Features such as logins, markets, in-play betting, and betting history will be affected. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
Rest assured we’re working on getting back up and running as soon as possible.
In the meantime, your account balance is safe. Any pending bets will be settled as soon as the maintenance is complete"
 
Pokerstar sports betting

Does anyone know what about Pokerstar sports betting that the portal has been inactive for 24 hours ???
 
Their server must have crashed, probably due to the large number of people betting on the horses.
 
There are several people complaining on social networks. I tried to log in a few minutes ago and the site is still offline.
 
It has nothing to do with the event or the large traffic, it's been always like that. Even when it works, it slows down and freezes very often. It only works better on Android.
 
I had analyzed some games to bet on Friday. I didn't think it would be off for so long ...
