1. Soccer: This is by far the finest game I have played as a kid.
I don't play as often as I used to, but I still enjoy watching the Champions League on a regular bases.
On a weekly basis, I like watching highlights from all of Europe's major leagues on YouTube.

2. Tennis: Sadly, I never had the chance to play on an actual tennis court before. However, I used to like watching all of the major tournaments on television as a kid.

3. Tabletennis: I played it daily after school with friends. It doesn t require a lot of focus and is super chill.

I think that tennis,squad and badminton bring the greatest health benefits:constant movement makes the health,lungs and muscles work all the time.Aerobics is anything that is associated with low intensity and constant physical activity.Swimming classes are suitable for a full body workout when only the muscles are working and the joints are resting.
