RealMadrid Manchester city what's the problem with them?

In addition to the injuries, the squads are worn out and bored with the same as always. Even the coaches are sick of their casts and playing styles! They have to reinvent themselves.
 
its almost impossible for a pro sports team to stay on top nowadays . as the above posters have mentioned , the motivation doesnt seem as strong. i think it will happen as well with the Kansas City Chiefs of the NFL once they hit the playoffs this season .
 
Real Madrid already had the second best left winger in the world and they hired the best left winger so one of them has to play out of position
 
Good question!! I think it's just a phase...but it's strange...especially City...is it wear and tear with Guardiola? and the Real? Did Mbappe's arrival disturb the locker room? Checking out....

Difficult to keep pushing with all these great teams and players they play against. We all go through a blip.
 
Absolutely all teams have slumps, it’s impossible to always play at the same level.

Lol. Real already had the best winger, Vinicius. Mbappe is nowhere near The Brazilian. If Vinicius was not black as can be he would have won the Ballon d’Or.

I think it's simply a matter of mental wear and tear more than a physical or tactic problem.
 
Real Madrid are so many superstars, mayby this is a problem, with Manchester city happens something unreal ,loose or x
 
Players are tired of a well-fed life, they need to live in the jungle again.
 
I don't know about Madrid, but perhaps City players themselves are starting to realise that they are not 'achieving' anything, they are pushing their luck until the charges catch up with them.
 
It's mental, to be used to win too often make you don't give your best at all games.
Anyway, along history, the weight of the club is always present.
 
...But I hope in 5 weeks, M City will not wake up in Paris, when I will be at my Parc des Princes...😍
