Now the pelé is on another level. Pele revolutionized football, he is the greatest of all time.

All of these world-class players and each of them has contributed to the development of football in their own way.Choosing someone separately will not be correct in relation to others.

Let Messi transfer to another team so we can judge of his so called greatnss. Already we know that in the national team ,he aint worth a dime!
He wont be able to tie Maradona shoes,and this is a fact,you cannot even debate it, unless you are delirious

yes yes you are very right, I am from another generation, but if we take it chronologically it is the great Pele and after it is ... God forgive him the same I will say the greatest player Maradona to be a light country

It's hard and not really fair to compare players from different times. Football has changed so much. Football is harder now. Back in the days,when you received the ball,you had time control the ball,have a cup of coffee before passing it to a team mate. Now you need to play faster because you have straight away 2 players from the other team pressing you.

Also lets not compare Cr7 and Leo lets enjoy them while they're here. And appreaciate them for the records they both set and broke.

Pele and Maradona as players of the last century, they are wonderful. Do not compare them with Ronaldo, MEssi et.c
 
George Best....head and shoulders above the rest. And he played against a lot tougher oppos than the girly-wimps messi or ronaldo.

Ronhaldinho was good...But Cruyff was better.
Maradona was inspirational...especially at Napoli..had moments of genius...but no great consistancy.

Pele I did not see him playing, maradona ronaldinho messi cr7 are not a big deal in reality I have not seen a player who says wow is the best in the world, in the late 90s and early 2000s there were many high-level players like zidane figo totti henry ronaldo rivaldo etc but today the players do not have that level
 
maradona was a head of argentina team,he put his blood for his team...the best of the world

and as an ex alex ferguson fan...i would include the goalkeeper schmeichel, and paul scholes in the list...world class players...both very under rated.

Maradona

I am so confused about who is the best. The only thing I can ensure you is that I prefer Maradona. I like his passion for football , his iniquity , his career and his trophies with Napoli and Boca juniors . Last but no least, no matter how, he won a world championship
