Well, I hope there will be a new Champion!
And it has to be England. The final will take place in Wembley Stadium therefore it could be a huge celebration. Also, they just beat Germany which was a major contender. Another Major contender are out too, France and Portugal! England also has the road to the final, overthought that in UEFA EuroCup there isn't easy matchs.

If Italy wins against Belgium, they will be champions. If not - I bet on Spain or England. Belgium will not win the title.
