I've been doing this for several years. This is a great sport. Here's another video.

I would also like to do something similar, but I'm too lazy now and I can not bring myself

In this sport need to fall in love. I started with simple exercises in the fresh air.

I did not go that far, but I welcome exercises on bars and horizontal bars. cool

I welcome any activity. I do not understand people wasting her life on alcohol and kill themselves with tobacco.

Few answers. This is unfortunate. Probably the majority of people likes to eat, and spend most of his time on the computer.
I'm not offended. Love life - she is one.

Today I did a morning run on 15 km, a Charge of vivacity for the whole day.

Now I'm just begin to do exercisess in this sport because I like this very much
I saw a lot of video about this sport and realized that it's hard, but it's all possible
I advise you also to take this sport to keep your body beautifu🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
