Since you say "BB called", I will assume, that we raised, and that we used a standard sizing like 3BB, which makes the pot around 7BB including the ante. In that case I am willing to play for stacks blind versus blind with a decent top pair. On the flop I will C-bet for value, and I will use small sizing like 25-40% pot, since this is a very static board. There is a straightdraw but no flushdraw, and only an ace will change top pair. So I want him to float with lots of hands, that have low equity like second or third pair, gutshots or even A high.

BB calls did we raise? What size?

There are 2 schools of thought regarding BVB- 1 R or flat. 2 flat range preflop.
Your flop action is very dependent on which of the two you normally use and have used vs the BB.
Then it is dependent on the BB-are they active or passive. Will they bet with a decent frequency after a check?
If they check back 55 and fold most often to any bet then we lead bet larger targeting the narrow range of hands, they are inelastic with.
