(lj 35bb) raises 2,2bb, hj folds, hero co KsQh calls 2,2bb, bu 37bb folds, sb 35,1bb folds, bb fish (52bb) ( he got vpip 44%)

Flop 6hKdJc 8bb

2x checks, hero bets 3,8bb, 2 calls

Turn 9d (19bb pot)

bb checks (46bb remaining), lj (30bb remaining) checks, hero??? I decided to check, what do you think about check, usually I probably, bet it, it is spr 2x, I don't want to bust out, so I checked to pot control and bluff catch on river this time

river 3d (19bb)

bb bets 6bb, lj raises 22bb, hero??? What do you think

Preflop
Seems fine to call here, you could also mix in some 3-bets. If LJ is a nit, you could even fold.

Flop
Seems fine to bet for value when checked to.

Turn
Both players called on the flop, and this card complete the main QT draw, plus it create more two pair combos with K9 and J9. So I definitely think, this is a check back and then make a decision on the river.

River
If LJ had folded, then I would certainly call a small bet from BB. However when LJ raise, you only beat a bluff, and its a weird spot for him to be bluffing by raising a fish on the river in a multiway pot. You also dont close the action. If you call, BB might put in a 3-bet forcing you to play for all your chips, or call behind and beat you with some random two pair or whatever. So for me this is a fold, and I dont even think, its all that close.

Interesting hand, RajtenPre-flop and your flop bet with top pair are totally fine. On the turn, checking back is actually a very smart play for pot control. With two opponents still in the hand, the board getting wetter with the 9d, and low SPR, betting risks getting shoved on by two-pair or sets, forcing you into a terrible spot. So checking to play a smaller pot was a good read. The river is an incredibly easy fold, though. Once the BB leads out for 6bb and the LJ raises it up to 22bb, your top pair is completely dead. A raise on the river in a 3-way pot almost always means massive strength—like a set, two pair, or a straight with QT. There are zero bluffs here that make sense from the LJ. Just fold, save your chips, and move on to the next hand

Wow this would be a hard call. You are going to bluff catch the LJ trying to get the BB to fold who led into 2 players on a board that has flushes straights sets and 2 pair hands possible for the BB range. As well as flushes straights and sets possible in LJ range but we think they are bluffing often enough that 1 pair is good and BB will fold. Why do we think that?

It could be true but I would need history of the players taking that type of action to know that that will happen at a high enough frequency to make up for all the times I am wrong and they are just betting the strength of their hands as 95% of players do.

So many draws completed by the river that I don't think you have any business bluff catching in this spot. You don't have a diamond suit. The only draw that's less likely to be held by your villains is a straight with QT. This would be a fold for me as well.
