Only 3BB left, UTG, KQsuited....

3BB KQs no brainer, just get it in.
If this is a CC league match maybe you could consider open fold hoping a short stack might bust and you ladder, but that seems awfully weak tight and there is no guarantee that will happen.

Watching the replay you had nearer to 5bb, I still think get it in, just bear in mind villain will have some Ax and possibly small pocket pairs they are trying see a flop and hit with - so you will be getting it in behind sometimes, but that's poker - you have a decent hand with a tiny stack and villain should really have no limps this short so we are guessing at their range.

It kind of sucks, that UTG has limped into the pot, because without that action it would be a very easy open shove for you for a little under 5BB. The issue here is, you are both so short, you hardly have any fold equity against the limper. So we almost need to treat this, as if he had jammed. And in that situation I could actually see folding KQs, when you still have the entire table left to act behind you.

But with that being said maybe we can cap his range a little bit, because he limped, and if the blinds fold, you are playing a flip with a decent overlay. Getting called here by 88 is certainly not a disaster, and the outcome just is, what it is. So I would not classify this as a mistake, but it would not have been crazy to fold either, since we should not expect UTG to ever limp-fold this short.
