I’d lean toward aggression with a strong hand, but the bubble makes it situational.
Consider your stack, the number of shorter stacks, the opener’s range, and the payout pressure.
ICM can make you more cautious, but you still need to take good opportunities before your stack gets too short.

15 players is a lot.
From my experience in such a situation I go all-in. Why, because the hand is strong enough and worth the risk.

How many limpers? (I'm assuming that the SB folded?)
How much does the BT cover me by?
What are our notes on BT?
